With a week to iPad’s launch, we’re caught up in a wave of developers announcing their iPad games.

One-man-band outfit Eastman Studios has bought into the atmosphere revealing its exclusive iPad Battle Pong game.

As you’d expect it’s Pong but with weapons.

The initial launch version will be a straight two-player, while future updates will include a four-player mode, more weapons, and possibly a single-player mode too.

It also seems likely that the game will eventually be released for iPhone and iPod touch.

Battle Pong is due out on or near 3rd April, priced $2.99, €2.39 or £1.79.
