In an interesting twist, Belguim developer Fishing Cactus has launched its latest mobile game Starshine on the Samsung Apps store for the new bada Wave phone.

A port of the Flash game created by US outfit Hero Interactive, Starshine has you moving your cursor around the diameter of a large circle in such a way that you fire your one star tangentially inwards, hopefully creating a chain reaction with the stars located within the circle.

The puzzler, which is described as poetic, consists of 100 levels.

What's significant however is Fishing Cactus as launched the game for bada before releasing the iPhone version which is due later in the year.

Presumably this has something to do with the support Samsung has been providing to developers, not to mention the fewer number of games available on Samsung Apps.

Starshine, which is published by Handmark, is available now priced £2.50 [link].
