We've played Freeverse's Warpgate, Venan's Space Miner and Sad Cat's Ultraviolet Dawn, and we're looking forward to Fishlabs's Galaxy on Fire 2 and Celsius's Red Nova.
In the meantime, there's Assyrian Game Studio's Astro Dodge.
It's more an arcade actioneer than a space epic however.
In it you have to collect nano-plasma to restore power to humanity, while dodging asteroids and avoiding solar storms and black holes.
Collection boostOf course, power ups will ease the situation. You can gain a tractor beam, while the super shield will give you a limited period of invulnerability, and the nano plasma attractor will helpfully suck nano plasma towards you.
The more plasma you collect, the more abilities you'll get.
Additional features include high score tables using the Agon Online social network, and support for Twitter and Facebook.
