Assault Team 3D has your mobile in its sights
Army intelligence goes mobile
Assault Team 3D is a brand new first person shooter for the mobile focused on one of the American/Iraqi conflicts – I couldn’t say precisely which one, but feel free to take your pick.
Anyway, to add a bit of extra depth to the urban guerrilla warfare, Assault Team 3D also adds intelligence units to the armed forces (I know, I know) that report back to the troops so you know where to send in the big guns. Each faction has secured its own quarter of Baghdad, and it’s up to you to secure the freedom of the Iraqi people – or destroy their city trying.
Graphically this looks pretty splendid for a mobile FPS (not the easiest genre to cram into a handset), with some sprawling, winding war-torn streets to navigate, thronging with native hostiles to gun down and an excellent sniper scope feature for long range shots.
