Asphalt Urban GT returns for a second lap on Nokia’s N-Gage

A sequel to 2004’s Asphalt Urban GT has been announced for the Nokia N-Gage, adding more tracks, more cars and even motorbikes to the mix. A true 3D racing game, Asphalt Urban GT features real-world cars from the likes of Ford, Audi and Lamborghini and real-world locations, too.
No further detail has emerged as of yet, but Gregg Sauter, Director of Games Publishing at Nokia is convinced that "this is one driving game you'll want to take with you anywhere you go. Asphalt: Urban GT 2 takes the high-speed dream car racing fun to the next level.”
The game is again being developed by Gameloft (you can probably expect sequels to the mobile phone and Nintendo DS, too) which created the original. "The world of Asphalt: Urban GT 2 is visually stunning in 3D, backed with solid driving and a realistic collision engine to create a great racing experience", according to Julien Fournials, VP Production at Gameloft.
Asphalt Urban GT 2 is expected to hit the tarmac this November and we’ll bring you more details and the first screenshots as and when they emerge.
