Get set for the Art of War mobile game
Who said armed conflict was ugly?
Gamevil USA has announced plans to release Art of War, a real-time strategy (RTS) game developed by Gear Games.
It sees you in charge of the North Supreme Army in a post-thingy world, taking on the nefarious Great East Army in a battle for global domination.
The game is mission-based, so you'll be constructing your defence line, fending off missiles, sneaking into enemy bases, and building all manner of troop units.
Gamevil promises three levels of difficulty, six missions in total, and whizzy 3D rendered graphics. Six missions doesn't sound like much, but hopefully they're big 'n' meaty.
RTS mobile games are few and far between on mobile, mainly due to intimidating control issues, so Art of War is sure to find an audience. Well, amongst American gamers, at least – we're going to have to wait and see who brings the game out in the UK.
