They are all third party apps, and they all run on your iPhone but send data to your watch. That means you can't play them when you don't have your iPhone with you.

Expect quite simple stuff, games that are companions to games on the iPhone, and games that use fitness and heart rate data from the watch's sensors for unique experiences.
