Several Apple Arcade games have been updated with new content and features including Neo Cab and Monomals

The hotly anticipated Beyond Steel Sky wasn't the only recent activity on the Apple Arcade front. Several of the games already available on the platformer have recently been updated with a host of new content for players to tuck into.

Monomals

Picomy's bright and cheerful Monomals has received seven new levels for players to make their way through, which also means the name number of new Monomals to catch and add to your collection. These additions will bring 7 fonts to the music player, allowing people to create their own rock songs.

Fledgling Heroes

From one colourful game to another, Subtle Boom's adventure title Fledgling has also received some new content that will allow players to create their own levels. The lab has been super-charged so players will be able to craft their own stages using the editor that's used to make the game. Once built, these can then be shared with your family and friends.

Neo Cab

Fellow Traveller's emotionally charged survival game has been updated to give more story to two characters, Oona and Fiona. It will extend the current story so players get a chance to learn more about the pair.

Jumper Jon

Ogre Pixel's Metroidvania that's played in 30-second increments has also been updated to include a fourth chapter to the game. This will give players two additional areas to explore where they'll find a host of items and abilities to wield, which will come in handy when dispatching the new enemies.

Secret Oops!

Mixebag's multiplayer augmented reality title Secret Oops! has also been given the update treatment. This introduces 15 new levels that have varying configurations depending on the number of players, which makes for a total of 65 levels when taking those variants into account. There's also now a jungle-themed game world to explore alongside a host of new mechanics to discover.

Crossy Road Castle

Hipster Whale's Crossy Road Castle has also had a significant update that the developers say effectively doubles the size of the game. It sees a construction-themed tower added to the game which means a bunch of new levels, characters and hats. It also introduces online multiplayer player, allowing family and friends to play together regardless of where they are in the world.
