What is it with zombie games, huh?

For every one we take down, another seems to spring up in its place. And another.

Oh, well, at least fending off this relentless undead onslaught just got a little cheaper, for Phosphor Games Studios's movie tie-in World War Z is now available for just 69p / 99c on iOS and for just 63p on Android.

At review, we gave World War Z a 6/10 and described it as "an entertaining movie tie-in". Its good looks and solid gun mechanics were sadly undermined by the frustrating melee combat.

If you simply can't wait for Brad Pitt's new zombie-centric flick to hit cinemas later this week, grab World War Z from the App Store for 69p / 99c [buy] and from Google Play for 63p [buy] right now.
