Ork-slaying action game Warhammer 40,000: Carnage will be heading to iOS and Android in May

Roadhouse Interactive's Warhammer 40,000: Carnage is the 743rd game to be based on the Warhammer licence (give or take).

More seriously, Warhammer 40,000: Carnage will go live on iOS and Android in May.

While most Warhammer tie-ins have had a strategic backbone, Carnage is a full-on action game, about a Space Marine super-soldier ripping his way through a horde of Ork uglies.

You'll be using an arsenal of boltguns, chainswords, grenades, and thunder hammers. Plus, there's a crafting and upgrading system. Oh, and you have the ability to team up with other players to complete Fireteam missions.

Warhammer Carnage

Warhammer 40,000: Carnage will be a paid game. According to Roadhouse Interactive, you can "expect free new content at regular intervals".
