If you haven't checked it out yet, Unison League is an innovative mobile JRPG out right now on iOS and Android that lets you fight alongside up to four of your friends in real-time challenging battles.

You'll have to be strategic though, as cooperation is key to unleashing a powerful Unison Attack. This summons a mighty creature that will devastate your foes.

It's not all PvE, though. There's a much more intense guild battles mode which allows two teams of up to 10 players to fight together in real time PvP as they try to destroy the enemy's crystal. The winner here will most likely be the team that forms the strongest strategy.

If none of your friends are currently playing Unison League, you can make new ones in the lobby. Here you can ask questions, perform fun emotes, or send friend requests to the playerbase and then set off on an adventure with your new allies. There's also a separate guild lobby where you can talk tactics privately with your trusted guild members.

As this is a heavily social game, you'll likely want to create a character in your image. Well, you'll be pleased to learn that you can completely customise all aspects of your character's appearance, including its weapons and armour - and there are over four billion combinations currently possible.

You can also change your character's class at any point, each of which has its own unique skills and abilities. There are five base classes to choose from at first but advanced options will open up as soon as you reach a certain level cap.

In Japan, Unison League has seen enormous success, and regularly places in the top 15 grossing games chart in the Japanese App Store. It helps that there have been regular collaborations with some massive Japanese IPs like Attack on Titan and Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Unison League was developed by Ateam, the studio responsible for the massive Dark Summoner, which managed to hit the number one spot in both the top grossing chart in the US Google Play store and the downloads chart in the US App Store. Other titles in the developer's portfolio include Three Kingdoms Smash, Derby Impact, and War of Legions.

If you'd like to check it out, you can get Unison League from the App Store, Google Play, and the Amazon Appstore right now. German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese speakers shouldn't despair though, as it will soon be localised in those regions. We'll keep you posted.
