Titanfall: Frontline soft-launches in the Philippines on iOS
Also soft-launched on Android
Earlier this month you may remember mention of Nexon's eagerly awaited title, Titanfall: Frontline, though a release date hadn't yet been set. Despite soft-launching on Android last week, we've had word that the game has soft-launched on iOS as well in the Philippines.
As opposed to what we initially expected, Titanfall: Frontline is a card battler in which you assume the role of a brigade Commander facing off against players in real-time, PvP combat. Experiencing a little déjà vu? I've said it all before in its announcement article.
The game is definitely free-to-play and so far has received somewhat mixed results from players. The positive here is that rather than getting bashed on its concept, the main issue sits in framerates and loading screens, all of which can be fixed.
So if you've got an Android device grab the game on Google Play now, or if you've got a Philippines App Store account check the game out here, (or if you'd like to make one, check out our article here).
Don't forget if you pre-register before the game launches globally you can receive the launch week award: the Prometheus Titan Card.
