Swipe, stack, and attack in adventure puzzler Tiles & Tales on iOS and Android

Set within a fantastical universe where there never seems to be a shortage of colourful tasks to complete, Tiles & Tales is a free to play fantasy puzzler which has been recently released courtesy of European Games Group.

After choosing any one of Tiles & Tales’ four possible lead characters, it’ll be your job to fight enemy foes and enemies through matching coloured tiles and levelling up your hero. Simple screen swipes, taps, and flicks aim to provide an easy to pick up, hard to master gameplay loop, letting you gradually level up your hero and compete with friends through seamless Facebook connectivity.

Since the game’s initial launch, developers Trilith Entertainment and Playata have been hard at work rounding out a more defined experience with update 1.13.3, ironing out several small bugs, combining 35 levels in a dimension, and rolling story and adventure mode into one neat package.

This melding of Tiles & Tales’ two central modes ensures that those seeking an endless challenge can enjoy the sliding puzzle block gameplay with a handy helping of story to boot. Daily and weekly quests aim to keep players coming back to the kingdom of Zanira, packed with mysterious monsters to thwart.
