Newspaper censorship sim The Westport Independent is coming to iOS, Android, and Steam on January 21st, courtesy of publisher (and Goat Simulator developer) Coffee Stain Studios.

In the game, you're the editor of one of the last independent papers in a post-war country. You've got to remove and edit your articles to affect the populace's opinion of the rebels and government.

"While you can’t lie, you don’t have to tell the whole truth either," the studio explains.

Each time you play, you'll be given a different batch of articles from an archive of hundreds, to keep things fresh. Plus, the story adapts to your actions and choices so each playthrough should be quite different. Sounds like a ball. S'out next week.
