Fresh update to The Simpsons: Tapped Out contains new playable character and three new buildings

EA has decided it's high time to update The Simpsons: Tapped Out, so has just added a familiar face and some new locations to your own personal Springfield.

With this update, EA pushes the level cap up to 29, meaning you can expand your town that little bit farther.

Furthermore, you can now say 'hello' to everyone's favourite domineering mother, Agnes Skinner.

Her tasks are winning at bingo and taunting the elderly. There's also a new quest revolving around the relationship between Agnes and her son Seymour to sink your teeth into.

New Springfield

On top of all, there are three new buildings (the Open Air Stage, the Sprawl-Mart, and the Skinner House) and a bunch of new decorations.

So, if the idea of telling an old woman when to play bingo floats your boat, you can grab the updated version of The Simpsons: Tapped Out from the App Store [download] or Google Play [download] right now for nothing.
