[Update] Teeny Titans is an iAP-free premium RPG featuring the show's most popular characters, out now
Punch Robin in the face
Teeny Titans was at E3 and you can watch a full 10 minutes of gameplay below.
It'll show you how the combat works, what the main map looks like and more. It also confirms that the game's coming next week, June 23rd. We'll let you know when it's live of course.
Cartoon Network is continuing its onslaught of games based on its famous franchises with Teeny Titans, a game based on the show Teen Titans Go!. It features some popular characters from DC comics but as teenagers.
This new mobile game is handled by Grumpyface, who made the excellent Steven Universe: Attack the Light! and Castle Doombad so this already bodes well. But what's even better is that the game is a Pokémon-like collectible fighting game that is devoid of any iAPs.
It seems to feature a sort of real-time combat system that relies on a action bar. The longer you wait, the better skill you can pull off. But your enemy might attack you during that time. It seems like you can also switch between characters mid-fight.
The game is planned for release this month and we'll let you know when it's available on iOS and Android.
