ESRB listings suggest Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, Daxter, flOw, and Pinball Heroes are heading to the Xperia Play

According to some listings on the ESRB's website, a number of high-profile games will soon be launching on the Xperia Play and other PlayStation-certified devices.

The Gold Award-winning PSP title Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror is among the games listed as heading to the abovementioned group of handsets and tablets.

Well-received PSP platformer Daxter is another mega-selling title which will apparently be making an appearance on PlayStation-certified gizmos.

Certifiable

The downloadable 2010 PSP game Pinball Heroes is reportedly spreading its wings, too, containing tables based on eight different PlayStation gaming franchises. Fans of Nathan Drake, for example, can bump balls (so to speak) on an Uncharted table, while WipEout fans can enjoy some neon-tinged future pinball.

Finally, the serene indie curio flOw is also slated for release on PlayStation-certified devices. An early success for the PS3's fledgling PlayStation Store, flOw was subsequently ported to the PSP, at which point we slapped a Pocket Gamer Silver Award onto its box. Figuratively speaking.

There's no word yet on when exactly these games will launch on the Xperia Play and other assorted PlayStation-certified devices, but we expect them to arrive soon.

The full range of PlayStation-certified devices currently comprises the Xperia Play, Xperia Arc, Xperia Acro, and the brand-new Xperia S. Sony's S and P Android tablets are both PlayStation certified, too.
