Android players can now try out point-and-click adventure Syberia - Part 1 for free

Microids has released a freemium version of its old point-and-click adventure game Syberia - Part 1 on Android.

The game was released on Android last year and is still available for £4.99 / $6.99.

This freemium version simply gives you a part of the game for free to try out. It's a demo, really. If you want the full version after that, you can get it through a £4.99 / $6.99 IAP.

We weren't too impressed by Syberia - Part 1 in our review. It's not a bad game per se - we called it "an entertainingly enigmatic tale" -it's just an old one.

It suffers from being a bit clunky and creaky, basically.

So it's probably a good idea to take advantage of this freemium version if you're interested in it.

You can download it for free on Google Play [download].

If you're being brave and are after the full version then you can also purchase that on Google Play [buy].
