Yep, Bossa Studios has opened the duffel bag and unleashed a horrendous slew of human bodies. It's all rather grim, isn't it?
Actually, no, Surgeon Simulator is hilarious, most of the time.(When it's not outright disturbing.)
It's your job as a surgeon to operate on these unconscious bodies - take out lungs, exchange hearts, and maybe drop an alarm clock in a ribcage. Oops.
If you let the patient die then, not only are you the worst person in the room, you also lose the level.
In our review, we said: "Surgeon Simulator is hilarious, fresh, and oddly satisfying, but it's just a little too slapdash and shallow for its own good".
