Hit web game SteamBirds out now on Android
War on two fronts
Following on from yesterday’s report that SteamBirds is available on iPhone, Spry Fox has been in contact to let us know that the game is also available on Android.
SteamBirds started life as a popular Flash game.
It’s a turn-based strategy affair in which you must guide your aircraft to victory against multiple enemy planes across 20 missions. You can use bombs, missiles, and poison gas along the way.
To mark the game’s release on Android, it can be bought for a special price of 99c / 61p – but only until November 19th.
The developer has promised to provide free additional missions, provided the game takes off (pun intended).
