Looks like you can finally throw away your old Nokia, as Taneli Armando - the programmer of the original mobile sensation Snake - is bringing an updated version of the game to iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Snake Rewind will bring the old munch-'em-up kicking and screaming into the 21st century with updated graphics, power ups and the ability to rewind your snake when you die.

There's ten levels to work through, all with their own different look and music, unlocked by completing missions or by buying them with IAPs.

Of course, if you just want the nostalgia, you could just play the greyscale level forever. Just don't forget your phone isn't indestructible anymore.

Snake Rewind will launch for free on May 14th on iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Take a look at the official site for more info.
