As stated in our preview, EA's upcoming SimCity BuildIt is not quite a "fully fledged Sim City game for mobile devices."
It's SimCity gone free to play, relying on the same simplified micromanagement elements as most mobile city builders.
It is, according to our preview, "a light and fluffy free to play reimagining" of the SimCity franchise, recommended for fans of Tiny Tower or Megapolis.
