A spartan announcement from Mighty Rabbit Studios disclosed its plans to release Saturday Morning RPG on Google Play.
Announced via Twitter, it appears that Saturday Morning RPG is past the hard part of the iOS to Android migration.
Now all that remains is pricing (freemium, most likely), marketing, and an official release date.
Get your dukes up!Saturday Morning RPG is a game that goes out of its way to appeal to children born in, or obsessed with, the 1980s.
Replete with pop culture references and homages to retro fighting games, Saturday Morning RPG is a surefire hit for those who were born before the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Yet a working knowledge of 1980s pop culture or three decades of life experience is not required to enjoy the game, as we mentioned in our Gold Award review of the iOS version.
