SaGa Emerald Beyond is the latest standalone game in the SaGa series, coming to mobile in 2024
In case you missed it, Square Enix has announced the latest standalone game in the SaGa franchise titled SaGa Emerald Beyond, which invites players on a brand-new adventure within the popular series. Series composer Kenji Ito lends his musical mastery to the game, along with artwork from the renowned illustrator Satoshi Kuramochi.
In SaGa Emerald Beyond, you can look forward to encountering a colourful cast of characters across 5 distinct narratives. There are 6 protagonists to pick once you start your journey (Tsunanori Mido, Ameya, Siugnas, Diva No.5, Bonnie and Formina), and 17 gorgeous worlds to discover where monsters and mechs lurk around every corner. The free-form scenario system lets you carve your own path based on your decisions, while combat is a strategic turn-based affair.
