Hunted Cow has taken the wraps off its next big war game project. And it's looking like it might be something pretty special.
It's called Russian Front, and it's a huge hex-based strategy battler set during World War II.
If you want, you can play an entire campaign from 1941 to 1945, spread across 108 turns and including all of the action on the Eastern Front from the German invasion to the Soviet push to Berlin.
That's a lot of historical turn-based battling.
The game also features some more bite-sized campaign modes if you don't want to commit to playing almost half a decade's worth of conflicts.
Expect to tackle the fog of war; attack and defend supply lines; and generally play an omnipotent digital general along the length and breadth of a huge battlefield.
If that sounds like something that might be up your street, then you don't have long to wait. Russian Front should be going live on the App Store and the Google Play Store in mid-January.
