Supercell have announced that their next game, Rush Wars, will be launching into beta on both Android and iOS tomorrow.

While details are light on the ground, the original announcement - which we spotted through our sister site Pocketgamer.biz - first appeared on late Friday while many of us were still quite busy with Gamescom. Since then there has been a massive spark of interest, which has led to a few interesting discoveries starting to appear throughout the various snaking limbs of the internet.

An early 'leak' came through Reddit as users begun sharing what was purported to have been the offiical description of the game  - reportedly accessible through the debut countdown trailer before being removed. A further rummage around quickly turns up that even earlier instances of the images can be found on a fan-created Discord server for Rush Wars, tucked away in its leak section.

These screenshotss infer that gameplay sounds like a fusion of Brawl Stars and Clash Royale. Plays assemble characters into squads who they then pit against another players' counterparts. The end goal of each raid appears to be gold - which is presumably used to upgrade you units as per the Clash Royale standard. It sounds as though there's also an addition of units called commanders which give the player new abilities and sound as they add a meta-level to each small skirmish.

Ultimately, however, we don't really know how much of this is true and won't until 9AM BST on the 26th of August (that's tomorrow). At that point the below trailer will spring to life and we should get our first proper glance at what exactly Rush Wars is.

As an extra note, however, if you use an image extractor on the youtube link above then there are some extra thumbnails presented alongside the main image, as you can see below:

This little selection of thumbnails certainly make it look like our first glance is actually only going to be a prmoot trailer - but as we said before, we'll know more about that in the early hours of tomorrow.
