Platforming favourite League of Evil has just double-jumped onto Google Play.

This popular pixel-art platformer casts you as a badass cyborg special agent, whose mission is to rid the world of evil scientists.

To that end, you must leap, punch, and wall-jump your way across over 160 levels of reflex-testing obstacles in order to bash in sinister science-types with test tube fetishes.

Released as an iOS exclusive back in 2011, the game attracted plenty of praise for its refined visual style and super-tight controls.

Now, thanks to Noodlecake's penchant for porting iOS titles, Android owners can enjoy League of Evil's old-skool charms on their Google-powered devices. Sadly, it doesn't support the Xperia Play's physical buttons. Boo.

If you want to help vanquish the League of Evil, you can purchase the game for 65p / 99c [buy]. Alternatively, if you're undecided, you can always try out the free version first [download].

Show some love, and who knows: An Android version of League of Evil 2 might not be far behind.
