After waiting and wondering, Niantic has released their newest update for Pokemon GO on Android and iOS which integrates numerous new features, tweaks, and general bug-fixing.

If you'll remember from a previous article, version 0.41.2 for Android and 1.11.2 for iOS will include the catch bonus, which you'll earn from catching more of a specific Pokemon type, and the updated Gym training. As mentioned a couple of articles ago, you'll shortly be able to bring six of your Pokemon to a friendly gym to train as opposed to the initial one. The CP of the Pokemon you're training against may also be altered to give you a bit of a fighting chance also.

As well as those mentioned above, we'll be seeing the new egg incubator screen; this will periodically update the distance walked without you needing to close and reopen the screen.

Niantic has also decreased the evolution animation time, fixed the audio issues, and taken care of minor fixes as per usual.
