Pokemon Masters to get new story chapters in November

After their recent roadmap announcement, DeNA has now revealed that there's going to be some new story content coming to the game on 6th November. That won't be all though, there's also a new Rally and an Expert difficulty for Training missions which are available now.

We'll start with the story content. This update will add chapters 19-21 to the game alongside a third interlude. These three chapters will involve Calem, who you may know as the male protagonist from Pokemon X and Y. Whether or not you'll be able to get Calem to join your team is unknown at the moment but the update will arrive on 6th November so there's not too long until we find out.

They've also added a new Rally called 'Main Story Support Missions' that has added a bunch of quests related to completing certain objectives throughout the campaign's numerous chapters. Completing all of these missions will net you some gems, pearls and training items.

It doesn't appear that you'll have to play through them again if you've already fulfilled the requirements, however. I could immediately claim my rewards for a majority of the missions in this Rally as soon as I opened the game. You'll have until the 6th of November to get them all complete if you haven't already.

Finally, an expert difficulty setting – called super hard – has been added for selected Training missions. This will be the new hardest difficulty available for the Level-Up Course, Strike Course, Tech Course and Support Course. According to DeNA this will allow players to earn items more efficiently than previous.
