Pokemon Masters Ex's Baking Buddies event is now underway alongside the arrival of two seasonal Sync Pairs

To celebrate Valentine’s Day's, two new Sync Pairs will be making their way into Pokemon Masters. They'll be arriving to commemorate Pokemon Masters' version of this romantic time of year, Palentine’s Day, an event where Trainers show thanks to their friends by gifting them sweet treats.

The first of these new Sync Pairs will be Serena & Whimsicott who will be available to pull from their own Sync Pair Spotlight Scout between now and February 18th. They are a Fairy-type duo with access to moves such as Stun Spore, which can be used to paralyse opponents.

The second pair is set to arrive in Pasio on January 31st and will also be available until February 18th. This will be Dawn & Alcremie, another Fairy-type duo. They will be able to make use of Charm and Fake Tears to lower their opponent’s Attack and Special Defense.

As with all new Sync Pairs, both will arrive in the game with the option to reach 6-Star Ex alongside their Sync Grids already being expanded to allow for deeper customisation of their builds. If you do manage to increase either pair to 6-Star Ex you'll also unlock an additional outfit for the Trainer to wear.

Alongside these two Sync Pairs, a Story Event called Baking Buddies will also be sticking around until February 18th. This event focuses on the Seasonal Pairs that have been added as Serena and Dawn search for ingredients to make sweets for their friends. This will see players taking part in a series of battles to earn sweets such as Melty Chocolate, Fluffy Frosting, Fresh Berry, and Chocoberry Cake, which can then be exchanged for various training items.

In addition to that, there is also a login event running alongside this story content that can net players up to 1000 Gems. Similarly, there will also be a series of Missions related to Baking Buddies to complete that will yield more Gems and some Medals.

Pokemon Masters Ex is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
