Pokemon Masters EX's latest update introduces Raihan & Duraludon to the game alongside a new event

Pokemon Masters EX's latest update introduces a new Sync Pair, Raihan & Duraludon. To coincide with their arrival in the game, there is a new event for players to participate in alongside a new log-in bonus that promises to deliver plenty of Gems.

Raihan & Duraludon are a Steel-Type Strike Sync Pair that will be available through the Spotlight Scout until May 30th. The Alloy Pokemon boasts a passive ability that increases its Attack and Special Attack as soon as it enters the battle. However, the attack Steel Beam causes recoil damage, so you might want to pair Duraludon with Pokemon that can keep its HP topped up.

Elsewhere, players will be able to participate in an event called Eternal Rivals until May 15th. During this time, players will be able to train with Raihan and other Galar Sync Pairs in an attempt to beat Leon's record in the time trials. The faster they manage to overcome these challenges, the more points they'll earn. These points can be exchanged for rewards such as 5-Star Guaranteed Scout Tickets and 5-Star Power-Ups.

To celebrate the arrival of Raihan & Duraludon there is a new log-in event. Any player that logs into the game before May 13th will net themselves 3000 Gems. Additionally, those who log in daily between now and May 12th will earn a further 1500 Gems.

Finally, the level cap for Sync Pairs has increased to 135. A new Training Area has been added for players to gather the various items required to unlock the additional levels.

Pokemon Masters EX is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
