Pokemon Masters' latest message to players details an upcoming Egg event, Seasonal Sync Pair and more

Pokemon Masters' producers Yu Sasaki and Tetsuya Iguchi have released their 12th message to players today. It discusses their plans for the game's one-anniversary and other updates coming to the game in August.

Throughout August players can expect to see the first Egg-related event that will focus on Bug-Type Pokemon. During this period, players will be able to get eggs that will hatch into Scyther and Pinsir, with a chance they can be Shiny. Additionally, if players use a Bug-type Sync Pair during the event it will increase their chances of getting an Egg.

There will also be a Seasonal Sync Pair added to the game soon. This will see Steven team up with an Alolan Sandlash. Sasaki and Iguchi also confirmed there would be another Seasonal Sync Pair added to the game though they didn't reveal who it would be just yet.

In late July, there will also be an update that introduces a feature called Type Skills. This will activate when you form a team of two or more Sync Pairs of the same type and will increase the strength of your team. Other similar buffs are set to be introduced that are based on conditions other than type in the future.

The one-year celebrations will begin in August where players will be able to take part in a Legendary Event against Palkia. Another feature to arrive in late August will be the Champion Stadium where you'll battle against Elite Four members and Champions from various regions. Emerging victorious will apparently give players a new way to strengthen their Sync Pairs.

Finally, the last update in July is set to introduce the new Training Area to the game that has been mentioned previously. It will also see a trial launch of the stamina system where player feedback will be closely monitored.

Pokemon Masters is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
