Pivvot dev's Piloteer just crash-landed on Android [Update]

Goofy jetpack sim Piloteer will be crashing face first into Google Play this week, says Pivvot developer Fixpoint Productions.

The game's all about trying to master the controls of a loopy jetpack that rarely does what you tell it. There are different environments to zip about in, and 60-odd challenges to compete.

It's all wrapped up in a stylish sketchbook art style, and comes with a dreamy piano score that should help you calm down after the eighteenth time you plow your stupid face into a lamp post.

We gave the iOS edition a Silver Award and said "a bright and silly jetpack sim, Piloteer is a bit of an acquired taste, but once you get there, it's a lot of fun".

The Android version is out on Wednesday, July 2nd and will cost £2.29 / $2.99. We'll shout at you from across the room when it goes live.
