Want to play Super Mario 64 and GoldenEye on your Ouya? It's your lucky day

Over the past few weeks and months, lots of great titles (like Final Fantasy III, Broken Age, and puzzler Fez) have been confirmed for Ouya's Android-powered home console of the same name.

While these probably won't be launch titles, you'll have plenty of software to tide you over until they're released.

According to a post from Ed Krassenstein, the administrator of the Ouya forum, the little console will support NES, SNES, and Nintendo 64 emulators at - or shortly after - launch.

So, you'll potentially be able to play the likes of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Turok, Jurassic Park, and the excellent Super Mario 64 on your Ouya.

Apparently, NES emulator EMUya and N64 emulator Mupen64Plus will both be available to download as soon as you can get your grubby mitts on the home console.

Multiple SNES emulators, including SuperGNES, have been confirmed, too.

Ouya will begin to ship its Android-powered console to Kickstarter backers on March 28th. The machine will hit store shelves in the US next month.
