My Little Pony: Mane Merge launches as the latest Apple Arcade original
GameLoft has released their latest project onto the Apple Arcade storefront - this one is a merge game based on the My Little Pony franchise. Aptly named My Little Pony: Mane Merge, this new game sees you enter the world of ponies as you experience numerous mini-games and matching mechanics, and take part in an original story full of new pony characters.
If you’re familiar with My Little Pony, you’ll immediately recognise the primary location where the story of Mane Merge takes place within. Equestria has come under siege by a darkness creeping throughout the land, and it’s up to the Mane 5 to solve the crisis: Sunny, Izzy, Zipp, Pipp, and Hitch.
Alongside these five ponies, you’ll go through and reignite Equestria to its former beauty, beating back the darkness that’s crept in through various mini-games and merging items to heal the lands and complete Wishes from other denizens of the land, all on your quest to heal the region.
There’s a large number of collectables to find as well as a ton of challenges and achievements. You can collect stickers that will fill out your Sticker Book, which will act as a measure of the progress you’ve made. There are over 120 stickers to collect, so you’ve got your work cut out for you!
Add in the weekly challenges that change each week and there’s always something to shoot for within Mane Merge. If you’re a fan of the genre or love My Little Pony yourself, or perhaps even need a family-friendly mobile game for the kids, this one is perfect for you.
