What to expect from MU Archangel, the exciting mobile spin-off from MU Online

Whether you’re a fan of the Dark Knight’s close-quarters combat or the AoE damage of the Dark Wizard, MU Archangel has enough adrenaline-pumping thrills for both newbie and veteran players alike. With Webzen’s mobile spin-off of the insanely popular MU Online, the hype is very much real - not only do players get to experience everything they know and love about the franchise reimagined in a brand-new way, but they can also explore exciting new content that suits their playstyle best.

For the wide-eyed beginner to the wonderful world of MU, what exactly can you expect from MU Archangel’s core gameplay elements?

Getting your guild on

Cooperation in the game has never been more exhilarating with the many Guild features in MU Archangel. For one thing, you can give your relationships with guild members a welcome boost with Guild Feast; for another, you can nab the highly coveted Archangel Equipment through the Castle Siege. After all, what’s a guild without some good-humored friendly competition?

If you’re more of a lone wolf, you can still enlist the help of your willing guildmates through the new Guild Support system. Joining forces lets you conquer bosses and explore dungeons as in-game buddies lend you a helping hand.

Battling the BOSS

What’s an MMORPG without challenging boss fights? What’s the point of slaving over how to best allocate your Strength, Agility, Vitality, and Energy without being able to test your might and mettle against insurmountable odds? Thankfully, there’s no shortage of boss content in MU Archangel where you can challenge your own battle prowess either alone or with your guildmates.

Choose from the Solo BOSS, World BOSS, Ancient Battlefield, and Guild BOSS, and get rewarded with rare drops and awesome loot for equipment or for crafting. You can also challenge high-level bosses with your party mates when push comes to shove - there’s nothing wrong with asking for a little help, right?

Going solo

Some players work better alone, or prefer to level up their characters first before joining any party or guild. OG dungeon contents such as Square of Devil and Blood Castle are back with a vengeance in MU Archangel, along with new additions like Land of Demons, Icaria, and Bellator.
