If you're a fan of classic 90s survival horror games then there's a high chance that you've already sat down with LifeAfter and given the phenomenal action-horror game a good play. However, if you're not, or if you've not heard of it, then now is definitely time to get involved as Death High serves as a fantastic mid-game addition to ease early players into the late game.

Death High has players attempt to scale a humungous, 160-floor tower, juggling their radiation level as they take on missions ranging from repairing damaged generators, defeating special infected and rescuing trapped survivors. Successfully clearing floors can earn you power points - which influence where you restart the tower from the next day - as well as rescuer badges which can be used in a store within the building. That said, you'll need to be at least level 20 in crafting, gathering and combat in order to get into the tower, although I'm advised that doesn't require much zombie pelting at all.

If you're even slightly curious about the update then the decider might well be through getting a quick glimpse of the gameplay through the below, Pocket Gamer LaunchPad exclusive trailer.

It's not the just trailer we've got, though. Behold, information on rewards for clambering up the tower:

"Floor Clearance Reward - A reward will be sent to Survivors by mail upon clearing a floor.
Clearing floors again after the weekly reset will also grant rewards.
All progress will be reset after the end of the season.

Rescue Event Reward - Complete a Rescue Event and then clear the rest of the level to obtain the Rescue Event Reward. Rescuer Badges can be exchanged for rewards in the School Shop.

Real-time Tier Reward - When Survivors reach the designated Tier, they can win Tier Glow Sticks and Tier Actions as rewards.
The actual rewards vary with each Tier, and will all be reset when a new season starts.

Weekly Tier Reward - Tier rewards will be sent by mail at 00:00 on Mondays.
Reward mail will be kept for 7 days.

Season Tier Reward - Season Tier Rewards will be sent by mail at 24:00 on the last day of the season according to the player's current tier. The reward mail will be kept for 1 year.

Season Ranking Reward - The top 3 players will receive an Exclusive Special Backpack at 24:00 on the last day of the season. By that time, statues of them will be erected in Hope 101 and exclusive posters will be posted in all Camps. Both the statues and the posters will stay up until a new season starts. Reward mail will be kept for 1 year."

That last bit, about the statues, is absolutely fantastic. I don't see GTA V or League of Legends popping up statues of players in the lobby. So, what are you waiting for? Go out and get a statue of you.

LifeAfter is available now for Android via Google Play, you can also grab it on the App Store. The update should be live later today.
