Let There Be Life is a peaceful, puzzle-like game about building a tree, on iOS and Android
Tree sim
Let There Be Life might just be the most peaceful game there is.
Originally released on PC earlier this year, the simple, puzzle-like nature simulator is now on iOS and Android for £1.49 / $1.99.
Your goal in the game is to nurture a tree into a thriving mass of leafy branches.
The branchier your tree gets, the more shadow it'll cast on the forest floor, which is a problem for the flowers trying to grow there.
The challenge, then, is trying to build up a healthy tree while still making sure the area around the tree can still sustain life.
Let There Be Life was born of a game jam with the theme of "do no harm."
If peaceful, quiet games without too much at stake appeal to you, check out Let There Be Life on the App Store or Google Play for £1.49 / $1.99.
You can also buy the game on PC (at a higher price) from one of several platforms listed on the developer's website.
Don't forget to vote for it on Steam Greenlight if that's your thing.
