Ustwo Games, creator of Monument Valley, has announced that its virtual reality adventure Land's End will be out on October 30th.

It'll be available exclusively on Samsung's Gear VR for now. So if you don't have one of those doohickeys (and a compatible phone or tablet) then you'll be missing out.

However, a new trailer has been released alongside this announcement. It shows us how Land's End plays.

It's a meditative puzzle game in which you form constellations with rocks around a low-poly archipelago.

The website has an official description: "Set against spectacular landscapes, the player is tasked with awakening an ancient civilization using the powers of their mind."

Everything you do is controlled by your gaze. The first challenge is to look at a point on a rock and then draw a line to another point with a beam of light by turning your head.

This is how you form these constellations. Once that's done, you then have to use telekinesis to lift the rocks through the air, assembling them into new formations.

By doing this you open up new paths to new environments that verge on the mystique.
