Hello Games is bringing lots of good tidings to fans of Joe Danger - the colourful runner-slash-racing game is getting a revamped version on iOS today. The classic Joe Danger and Joe Danger Infinity have been remastered for iOS15, and are now available to download on the App Store to coincide with the game's ten-year anniversary.

Joe Danger and Joe Danger Infinity feature enhanced visuals, a high frame rate, and even gamepad and ProMotion support. While the developers are best known for No Man's Sky, Joe Danger remains to "hold a special place" in their hearts.

"It was our first game when we were still four guys in a shed, trying to get noticed. We published it ourselves (no publishers were interested!), houses were even re-mortgaged to bring it to completion! Joe helped our studio get a foothold and establish ourselves as a company, but it’s also where we learned to make games," says Sean, Hello Games founder. "We sold over a million copies of Joe Danger, and every week we still get emails from fans. Sadly since iOS culled older games, it no longer worked on latest Apple devices. It’s always been a secret shame of ours that the success of No Man’s Sky left Joe Danger unloved."

If you're curious about the new and improved visuals and you're eager to give the overhauled games a go, you can download Joe Danger on the iOS App Store and Joe Danger Infinity on the App Store as well. If you already own the games beforehand, you'll receive the update for free.
