Inside Pete is a real-time strategy game that would have been right at home among the gross-out toys and games of the 1990s.

I say that because it takes place inside the filthy guts of a lazy man called Pete. It's all kinds of icky.

You control nanobots that can clone white blood cells that Pete's clever uncle sent inside him rid him of the disgusting results of his lethargy.

This means you'll be spending your time creating white blood cells, putting condom shields on them, and then sending them into battle.

You'll be able to upgrade your units as you progress in order to take on the more vile organisms that Pete holds inside his gut, too.

Inside Pete isn't anything revolutionary, but I do enjoy gross aesthetics such as this. Even the trailer has a grubby finger showing how the game works.

It'll be coming to iOS and Android in early 2015. You can find out more about the game and its background story on the website.
