Google has announced nine titles which are coming to its cloud-based streaming service over the next few months.

Despite the fact that it recently shut down its first-party studios, Google insists on showcasing the strength of its third-party investments with the announcement of these new titles coming to the service.

On 23rd February, Stadia adds Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Ultimate Edition and Shantae: Risky's Revenge - Director's Cut to its library. These action-adventure platformers put you in the role of half-genie Shantae as she explores Sequin Land and saves the day from a mysterious crime wave.

Then during March, Stadia adds It came from space and ate our brains, a top down sci-fi shooter about being an alien slayer, Kaze and the Wild Masks, a platform sidescroller where you use magical powers to fight hordes of enraged vegetables, and FIFA 21, the realistic football game from Electronic Arts.

In April, Judgment from Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio joins Google Stadia. A spin-off of the Yakuza series, the first six games of which are currently available on Xbox Game Pass for mobile, Judgment has you playing as private detective Takayuki Yagami as he uses innovative investigation systems to uncover secrets that lie within Kamurocho’s seedy underbelly.

Finally, Stadia has also announced a few games that are coming but do not have release dates attached to them yet. These titles are the team combat game Killer Queen Black, the stylish sports title Street Power Football, and the dark and challenging RPG, Hellpoint.

At the end of the blog post, it also mentions titles such as Far Cry 6, Hello Engineer and Riders Republic will also be coming to Stadia later in the year.
