The mobile Monopoly-inspired board game, Game of Dice, has received an extensive Christmas update to celebrate the festive season, and it brings a ton of new features into the fray.
The most exciting of these is the new Christmas map you can play on, which includes festive scenery to help get you in the holiday mood.
On a less Christmas-related note is the new craft menu, but it's in no means less exciting. Now you can craft everything in the game including skill cards, characters, and even Gems.
There's also a new Guild Match mode which rewards you for participating guild versus guild battles every weekend. There's also a ranking system that you can climb if you perform well.
All VIP dice can now be enhanced to six stars, which unlocks four brand new abilities, and there's a ton of new skill cards added to the game.
You can also give your old skill cards some extra abilities using the new hologram sticker system.
Rounding out this update is a brand new emoticon and a luxury shop, where you can buy special event skill cards using luxury points. These are earned by drawing or combining skill cards.
Game of Dice is a board game in which you take turns with the AI or a friend to throw a dice and work your way around a multi-tiled board purchasing taking real estate in a fictional city.
The winner is generally the person who owns the most real estate by the end of the game, and you can drive up the value of the land you own by completing laps of the board.
Once all your competitors have been driven to bankruptcy, you will be crowned the winner.
If you're not performing so successfully, you could always use one of the 65 different skill cards to turn the tide in your favour, or use a different character or dice which come with their own game-changing abilities.
Game of Dice has already surpassed four million global downloads and reached the Top 5 spot on Google Play in Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.
