Five Nights at Freddy's 4 popped its creepy head round the door last week and made us all jump out of our skin. In fact, Editor Mark Brown is still recovering from his trouser-soiling incident.
The thing is, after spending more time than we appreciated in the land of Freddy Fasbear's Pizza, we started to wonder if there was anything you could actually do to avoid those jump scares.
