[Update] Fire Emblem Heroes' first event is live, plenty more content planned
Update on February 9th at 10:05: Nintendo just announced the results of the Fire Emblem Heroes' popularity contest and Ike and Lyn, being the winners will gain special Choose Your Legends versions. Nintendo will also extend it to the second place as Roy and Lucina will gain that special version as well.

Players also unlocked 10,000 bonus Hero Feathers by successfully completing the Retweet challenge mentioned below. Go to your in-game mail to get it.

Nintendo's really trying to support their mobile games as much as they can with new events and content on a regular basis. Super Mario Run, while not featuring yet any new levels, has been updated quite a lot with new modes and, lately, an event featuring golden Goombas.

Fire Emblem Heroes will receive the same treatment it seems as described in IGN's interview. Indeed, Fire Emblem Heroes game director Kouhei Maeda said that new characters, skills and even modes are planned. They also want to add two new stories every month.

That's already quite the post launch support but Nintendo isn't stopping there. You can already find a launch event that will net you six orbs if you can finish them and they plan to add 6 maps in this particular event that will end with the release of the last piece of content on March 14th.

On Twitter, Nintendo is inviting players to retweet this message in order to unlock 10 000 feathers for every player so get retweeting!
