If you're an Android-owning lover of tactical-RPGs, you'll be overjoyed to read that Square Enix's Bronze Award-winning Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of The Lions is most likely coming to Google Play.
It's already available to download on Android in Japan via the company's Square Enix Market.
According to a report on website Famitsu, this Android version will feature fancy enhanced graphics and a fresh fully customisable multi-touch interface.
The same report states that these new features will be introduced to the iPhone and iPad versions of the game via an update pretty "soon".
In Japan, Square Enix has slashed the price of these iOS versions of Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of The Lions, and the company will probably do the same in the UK and US when its update drops.
Finally, Drakerider and the excellent Chaos Rings II will both be available on Android in Japan via the Square Enix Market before the end of February.
They'll probably land on Google Play shortly after.
If they fix the (reportedly) debilitating frame rate drops, bugs and crashes, I may pick this game up when the update hits. War of the Lions still tops my all-time favorites list (I still play the PS1 version), but their port was just so off-putting to me.
