Final Fantasy II, Final Fantasy Dimensions, and Demon's Score THD land on Android
Far from final
Popular role-playing titles Final Fantasy II, Final Fantasy Dimensions, and Demon's Score THD are finally available to download from Google Play for Android-powered devices.
Final Fantasy II, which was originally released on the NES back in 1988, is one of the toughest titles in Square Enix's acclaimed franchise.
This is because your characters don't rely on experience points to level-up. Oh, and they develop based on their actions. So, a character that repeatedly wields a sword quickly becomes more adept at fighting with blades.
Final Fantasy Dimensions, on the other hand, is a little more traditional. The iPhone edition of this enhanced port nabbed a shiny Pocket Gamer Silver Award at review, so it's definitely worth checking out.
Demon's Score, meanwhile, is a rhythm-based action game in which you tap your device's screen to unleash attacks and dispatch enemies. If you're looking for a classic turn-based RPG, this title isn't for you.
Naturally, these three titles don't come cheap. Final Fantasy II [buy], for example, is £6, while Final Fantasy Dimensions [buy] and Demon's Score [buy] are £13.99 apiece.
