A BlazBlue special move has a whole rhythm game dedicated to it now

BlazBlue is now popular and bizarre enough to have a whole rhythm-based game based on one of its special moves.

EatBeat DeadSpike-san is what it's called. In it, you tap the screen to the beat to feed Dead Spike, which is Ragna the Bloodedge's special attack.

The more that Dead Spike can eat the more powerful it becomes. That's the gist of the game. In fact, that's the entirety of the game.

At least it features lots of battle themes from BlazBlue to keep you entertained as you tap along. Still, this is a little strange, isn't it?

To hell with it: it's wonderful. Let's just roll with that. More silly rhythm-based games like this, please.

You can download EatBeat DeadSpike-san for free on Google Play.
