Mobile gamers in the US can now get their hands on Dynasty War, a strategy game that's been doing pretty well in Asia on Android and iOS.

It looks just like Clash of Clans, with the usual mix of base-building and tactical battles, only this time it's set in the Three Kingdoms era.

So you'll probably run into some characters you recognise from an awfully similarly named series based on the same material.

It's not out in Europe just yet, but as it looks to have been steadily rolled out across Asia and now the US, it's probably only a matter of time.
