Dragon Land is a brand new 3D platformer by Social Point, the developer behind the hits World Chef and Dragon City. It launched today on iOS and Android.
The story goes that the evil Borg has arrived in Dragon Land and captured all of your friends, and it's up to you to rescue them and put a stop to his evil activities once and for all.
And that involves running, jumping, and gliding your way through over a hundred beautiful 3D levels, defeating enemies and picking up coins, crystals, and secret keys along the way.
Each time you complete an episode you'll free one of your dragon friends. This unlocks them to play in any of the levels. It's incredibly handy, as each dragon has its own useful abilities to help you overcome the various challenges ahead.
You can also level up your dragons to improve their strength, which becomes essential later on when the levels start to drastically increase in difficulty.
Aside from that lengthy single player campaign, there are also a variety of different modes which help to extend the fun.
Quick play mode is a bite-sized adventure that's perfect for coffee breaks, and nets you some awesome prizes if you collect enough coins while playing. That may sound easy, but you're being chased by a ghost for the entire duration.
Then there's a multiplayer tournament which can be enjoyed by up to four players. It takes the form of a race through one of the gorgeous levels and will seriously put your skills to the test.
This mode is ranked and rewards you with prizes depending on how high you manage to climb before the tournament ends.
